Sharifah Aini – Takkan Melayu Hilang Di Dunia

Wahai anak watan

Diwasiatkan pertahankan

kedaulatan bangsa

Arus perubahan

Oh kuasa Tuhan

Kejarlah hajat di jiwa

The song title: Takkan Melayu Hilang Di Dunia (Malays Will Not Extinct)

The singer: Sharifah Aini (also popularly refered to as Datuk Sharifah Aini or Kak Pah)
Composer: Norman, Yusry and Edry of KRU
Producer: Eddie Marzuki

Takkan Melayu Hilang Di Dunia

Gemalainya tari seni diwarisi

zaman berzaman gemilang

Teruna dan Dara

Adat di mahkota

Takkan Melayu

Hilang di Dunia

Anak jati bertandang

di negeri orang

Biarpun berhujan emas

Hujan batu kita

lebih sejahtera

Takkan Melayu Hilang di Dunia

Pusaka budaya

Khazanah berharga

janganlah dipersia

Wahai anak watan

Diwasiatkan pertahankan

kedaulatan bangsa

Arus perubahan

Oh kuasa Tuhan

Kejarlah hajat di jiwa

Namun peganglah kata

wira laksamana

Takkan Melayu Hilang di Dunia

Sharifah Aini is a Malaysian singer (movie star too) of legendary status proven by that gifted voice and her catalogue of songs recordings, concert performances and albums and concerts ticket sales. Even though she also has numerous English albums, this diva is a true gift to the malay song/music industry. This writer still believes Sharifah Aini is the number one singer of Malaysia.

The song was originally recorded by Sharifah Aini herself for the animation Silat Lagenda soundtrack album produced by the KRU brothers. If I was not mistaken it has an electronic sound to it. The song was given a new arrangement and life by Eddie Marzuki to be included in the compilation album of the same name. The compilation album which commemorates Sharifah Aini’s 30 years with her recording label EMI (Malaysia) Sendirian Berhad includes 19 malay classics sung by Sharifah Aini. Aptly enough, the song is the opening number on the great album. The song is not available in other albums yet.

The song is about thriving for success in the age of globalization while appreciating and preserving heritage and values. Even though the lyric may refer to the Malays, on the national level it can be referred and addressed to all Malaysian. In this time of environmental concern, at a different level the song is advice to all earth children. With that I salute you; KRU.

Impressive.

NOT ONLY TO READ IT BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY TO UNDERSTAND AND MORE IMPORTANTLY TO COMPREHEND AND MORE IMPORTANTLY TO PRACTISE AND MORE IMPORTANTLY TO EMCOMPASS. WE SHOULD REVOLUTIONISE JAWI S JAWI HAD FAIL TO LEAD US BACK TO UNDERSTANDING THE QUR’AN. WHEN SULAIMAN A’S SEEK WHOEVER TO BRING THE THRONE, ” A MAN WHO HAVE THE KNOWLEDGE FROM THE BOOK ( AKNOWLEDGE THAT CAN BE LEARNED)SAID ‘I WILL BRING IT WITH A BLINK OF AN EYE’ AND TRUE ENOUGH…..
A MILLION YEAR OLD FOSSIL OF WHAT ITS SEEM IS ANCESTRAL MAN FOUND WHICH DARWINISM USED TO SMEAR RELIGION OF THE ABRAHAMIC FAITH HAD NEVER BEEN DEALT BUT THE QUR’AN SAYS ” WHY DO YOU WANT TO CREATE BEING THAT WILL BRING DESTRUCTION BUT WE ARE ALL YOUR EVER OBEDIENT SERVANT….” THERE ARE ALREADY EXAMPLE ON EARTH THAT THE ANGEL HAD SEEN.
JUST A FEW EXAMPLE OUT OF THE ZOOGOOLIAN THAT EXIST IN THE QUR’AN FOR REASON THAT WE MUST EMBRACE QUR’AN AT ALL ITS GLORY

    Dear Kreegah Rah Soul,
I do believe to move forward & stay forward, we need to embrace the core of Islam. Islamic study and Arabic should be the compulsory subjects for the primary schools. At the same time, the Malays ‘legal’ rights are to preserve their heriditary cultures & traditions in the Malay study. Malay study should also be introduced at early age.
Next time, could you please type with lower case, you made me scared with CAPITAL WORDSSSS…
